Jan Bergman Johansen

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jan has built a strong reputation for leadership, innovation, and growth. After completing studies in physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and later graduating from culinary school, Jan began his career with the Olav Thon Group in 1994. Over seven years, he played a key role in launching several new restaurant concepts, eventually becoming Restaurant Director.

In 2001, Jan founded his own company and has since grown it into a group of seven successful restaurants, employing nearly 200 people and projected to reach NOK 120 million net turnover by 2026.

Driven by a passion for quality and creativity, Jan continues to shape the future of modern hospitality through innovation and hands-on leadership.

With over ten years of experience in the entertainment industry — spanning film, TV, music, and esports — I’m passionate about esports, business development, and brand storytelling.

I’ve founded and led several successful companies, from one of Sweden’s largest event agencies to the world’s first talent agency for esports stars. My work has included building global brands, managing top-tier partnerships, and producing pioneering esports content such as “HeatoN – Livet på Spel” and Esport TV.

Today, as CEO of AF Invest, I focus on creating innovative connections between technology, gaming, and audiences worldwide.

Christian Vejrich is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience building scalable systems from startup to enterprise scale.

As CTO at multiple ventures, he has successfully architected event-driven platforms handling millions of transactions in regulated industries including FinTech and iGaming.

His expertise spans the full technology lifecycle—from hands-on development to strategic architecture, team building, and securing regulatory compliance for platforms managing multi-million euro budgets.

Project Manager

Markus Sandberg is originally from the real estate industry but has, in recent years, become a tech investor across various startups in esports, 3D technology, and blockchain.

He brings extensive experience and a broad network from his diverse investment background.
